It is expected that the production of this line will start before the end of the year. Once operational, the company's production capacity will rise to one of the top five in the country within its industry. Originally a textile-based enterprise, Yue Wang Holdings faced intense competition in the traditional textile sector. After careful analysis and research, the company’s leadership decided to embark on a transformation and industrial chain extension strategy. Since 2006, the company has invested 250 million yuan, introducing four spunlace non-woven production lines from France and Germany. This has enabled an annual output of 20,000 tons of non-woven materials, with annual sales reaching 600 million yuan.
Despite the impact of the financial crisis last year, demand for non-woven products remained strong. A market survey conducted by Gao Haigan, Chairman of the Group, revealed that end products such as universal cleaning cloths, wipes, medical masks, and surgical bags made from non-woven fabrics were in high demand, offering excellent profit margins and promising growth potential. As a result, the company invested another 10 million yuan to introduce four deep-processing lines, focusing on producing these final consumer goods. Upon launch, these products were quickly embraced by the market.
“The financial crisis was a tough test for our company,†said Gao Haigan with satisfaction. “We focused on product transformation, extended our industrial chain, and carried out deeper processing of our products. So far, we have achieved initial success, significantly increasing the added value of our offerings. Our orders are growing steadily, and we’ve opened up a new path.â€
The success of non-woven end-products has also boosted the sales of raw non-woven materials. This year, the company invested 60 million yuan again, importing another spunlace non-woven production line from Germany. “In the future, we will continue to accelerate our investment pace and strive for higher positions in the market,†Gao Haiming confidently stated.
