The most important thing for the drying equipment used for thermosetting ink printing is the quality of the heating components. The first must be the far-infrared heating components, and the second must be the high-efficiency far-infrared heating components. Far-infrared heating (electrical energy) is mainly in the form of direct heating and side heating. The traditional far-infrared heating components are all side-heating, that is, the heat source is generated by the heating element (heating wire), and then the heat source is generated by the peripheral (circular material) or the far-infrared material of the side (plate material); It is a direct heating type: that is, electric energy directly heats the far-infrared material. It is obvious that direct heat is much more efficient than bypass heat and saves energy.  

There is a special instrument for checking far infrared rays, but you can also perform a simple test: wear a thick cotton glove and put your hand in front of the heat-generating material. If the surface of the glove is very hot and the hand has not yet felt the heat, then the material It is not a high-efficiency far-infrared heating component; if the surface of the glove is heated, the hand also feels that the radiation is warming, then the material is a high-efficiency far-infrared heating component.  

Temperature control of tunnel-type high-efficiency far-infrared drying ovens for thermoset ink printing is also very important. Its main indicator is the positive and negative temperature difference. If the positive and negative temperature difference is 5 degrees, the absolute temperature difference is 10 degrees. If the target temperature is set to 155 degrees, positive 5 degrees is 160 degrees, negative 5 degrees is 150 degrees, that is, the temperature fluctuates between 150-160 degrees. Of course, the smaller the positive and negative temperature difference, the better the stability of the temperature and the better the working condition. Some foreign companies use liquefied gas far-infrared drying ovens because their temperature is easy to control, and there is basically no positive or negative temperature difference, but the far-infrared rays generated by the liquefied gas heat source are not as strong as the far-infrared rays generated by electric energy. The positive and negative temperature difference of the far-infrared drying furnace generated by electric energy is 3-1 degrees.  

The uniformity of temperature in the infrared heat chamber of the tunnel-type high-efficiency far-infrared drying furnace, the discharge of exhaust gas (related to the degree of discoloration of the fabric), and the quality of the conveyor belt are also important. Therefore, the purchase of tunnel-type high-efficiency far-infrared drying oven must be cautious.  

Three highs of textile special color screen printing  

1. High quality. The fineness of the spot color screen printing and the reduction effect on the image are incomparable to the color block printing. Its bright color and the ability to print on any color fabric are also difficult to achieve with four-color printing.  

2. High efficiency. Since the spot color screen printing is basically produced by thermosetting ink, it can be used for efficient production using an automatic printing machine. Even in the 16-color pattern, two workers can print 600-800 pieces in 1 hour. The output of the 2/3 semi-automatic printing machine is close to that of the fully automatic printing machine. Using a hand-rotating double-disc garment printing machine, if there is one worker per swatch and two workers are laying the pieces, the output can reach 300 pieces per hour.
